Reasonable Cleaning Services provides move-in/move-out, one time, weekly/biweekly and monthly maid/housekeeping services, and office cleaning services. As well as cleaning services for special events/occasion. Reasonable Cleaning Services offers both a flat and hourly rate, so the preference option is yours based upon your cleaning needs.

Kitchen

Since the kitchen is the heart of the home, it acquires the most TLC. We'll start by wiping clean all countertops and small appliances (blenders, toaster, etc.) then we clean inside and outside of the microwave. Then, the stovetop, appliances, empty sink and load up dishwasher with dirty dishes and wipe kitchen table and chairs. Take out garbage and recycling. We'll wrap up the kitchen by sweeping and mopping.

Bedroom

We clean every interior of the home that stands out from the ceiling to floor. We start from the top with the co-weds, ceiling fan, windows, blinds, window sills, light and outlets panels, baseboards and flooring. We also clean mirrors, polish furniture and pick up items that are left on the floor. There's also an option to make up the bed with fresh linens as well.

Bathroom

We dust all accessible surface and clear the room of cobwebs, then disinfect wipe clean countertops, basins, faucets, mirrors, tub and surrounding areas. Our housekeepers will clean the tile, the inside and outside of the shower door(s), sanitize the toilet inside and out. Empty out and replace bathroom trash bins. We'll wrap up the bathroom by sweeping and mopping the floor.

Dining Room

We'll start with dusting the light fixture and ceiling fan, we'll then wipe clean the table, chairs and other furniture. We'll wrap up the dining room by sweeping and mopping .

Living Room

Our professional housekeepers will wipe clean surfaces and wrap up the family room by vacuum and/or mop floor.

Extras (upon request)

For a deeper clean, consider adding one or more cleaning extras. Most cleaning extras add one half hour of time and cost to your booking.
